Rather than just publishing a traditional list of quotes from happy customers, we recently created a gallery page to provide what we feel is a more effective and trustworthy way of presenting genuine testimonials.

For those who prefer a more traditional approach here are some examples of our happy besptectacled customers:

"I *never* write testimonials - this is the first I've ever written! But this is the second time I've used Specspost to buy my glasses and both times your customer service has been so good I can't just take it for granted without saying thank you in some way :) Anyone wanting a site where you can email real people with real personalities, be treated as a real person yourself, be given genuine help and advice, receive prompt, helpful, relevant, honest answers and where the staff really do go out of their way to make sure you get what you want, when you want it (even if what and when aren't easy, straightforward or textbook) then take my advice and use Specspost: I've tried the others and they're all distant, dismissive and confusing - this is the only specs site I've found that offers such great personal service.  Actually this is the only site selling *anything*, not just specs, where I've come across service like this. I just wish they'd start stocking contacts too (hint hint ;) ..... please!) And clothes. Oh and *shoes* :D Groceries maybe....... Ah, dream on eh ;) I guess I'm stuck with the customer service robots with their cut&paste emails for those things - do please consider the contact lens' though :)) So that's really all I wanted to say, just a huge thank you for your friendly service and helpful advice both with my order this week and months ago with my first order. I am glad your business is growing and well it will with you in Customer Service.  I was a lawyer and company secretary before I recently retired (very early I am pleased to say!), so I know how businesses should tick.  I buy a lot of goods and services online and it is a shame that many internet traders think that personal communication is no longer important.  Keep up the good work.
